Product recommendations

I always find it helpful to hear peoples reviews on different products. It's often hard to find quality, natural or non toxic items in a mass producing world and I'm here to let you know what items I've come across and love! (I will keep all recommendations in this blog and update it as and when!)

Green people - Organic Children bath & shower

This lavender bath and shower gel is my go to for my son. It is mainly used as bubble bath in my house, which is always my main reason for purchasing. It's so hard to find a bubble bath with no nasties in, but here is one! The products at green people are also eczema friendly and use organic ingredients and are just generally lovely!

AS Living - Mag dose (Magnesium spray)

I use this spray every single night and cannot recommend it highly enough. This is a multi purpose spray but I personally use it as a sleeping aid for both myself and my son, we spray this 10 times on each foot and our quality of sleep has been impeccable ever since! I also experience more vivid dreams since using this spray!

Riverford farms - Organic food

For the past year we have been eating organic and I will never go back! Riverford do the tastiest organic food and you can refine it to just UK produce too which is great! They also sell grass fed meat and essentials. Riverford is slightly on the pricey side but the quality is wonderful! You get £15 off your second delivery too which helps!

Milassoapery - Tallow and hemp soap

Since living more of a natural life my skin has become so sensitive to fake scents and chemicals, I needed to find a soap that I could use on my whole body (including my yoni, without irritation or ph imbalances!) and my face. I've noticed that my face has become far less irritated and spots have decreased too! My body is left feeling moisturised and clean! I just love this soap and buy it on repeat now, I love that it is a 'small' business too, it feels wonderful to support someone else's hopes and dreams!

Sho reusable - food flask

We aren't much of a sandwich family, so lunches for forest school and days out are always put in these food flasks and they're absolutely great! They come in all sorts of colours and designs and definitely fit enough in to fill you up (adults included!). They stay nice and hot too.

Sho reusable - bottle

Damn you caught me out, I'm one of those people that likes matching sets! I have 4 of these bottles for me and my son, 1 for water and 1 for herbal teas (each). I am a little bit anal in the fact that I don't like anything but water in my water bottle. Help. But these bottles are fabulous and keep drinks hot or cold!

My superfoods - Organic Cacao powder

I drink cacao most days in the morning with some local raw milk, local honey and a knob of raw butter mixed in and this is definitely the nicest 'cheap' cacao I have found, it isn't ceremonial grade, but it is organic and is a gorgeous replacement for a hot chocolate!

Can also be used in baking and anything else where you'd normally use cocoa.

Amzchef - Slow juicer - Cold press juicer

I use this juicer most days and I love it! It's a lot better than my old centrifugal juicer and produces a high quality juice! This is also pretty easy to clean and is often on offer!

STOIQS - Barefoot trainers

I bought these because they were an incredibly cheap barefoot shoe but the quality doesn't resemble the price point! I like to take out the insole and they are super comfy. A good toe box shape too!

Sykooria - Baggy nightdress

This is not a usual recommendation of mine, but one I couldn't miss! I have 2 of these so far, one navy and one in a rust colour and both are beautiful. I shall certainly be adding to my collection! These are 95% Cotton, 5% elastane, so a great quality material and oh so comfy! OH SO COMFY! I am obsessed! Oh and they have POCKETS! These are honestly one of my favourite buys ever and they're very flattering too.

Gamewright - Sleeping queens card game

This was recommended to me by another home-ed family and what a recommendation! Its worth every penny if you are queering the price, it's a super addictive game and really helps the kids with their maths!
